Synopsis for Automated Reactor The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for service and maintenance for Mettler Toledo Automated Reactor equipment. The Government intends to award one contract with a base period and two option periods, on a sole source bases to Mettler-Toledo Autochem, Inc. (Mettler Toledo) 6708 Alexander Bell Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, MD 21046-3386, U.S.A, the original manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized and licensed to perform the services required. A Sole Source Justification was approved on March 25, 2022 pursuant to FAR 13.105-(a)(1)(ii) supporting Mettler Toledo as the only source capable of providing the required equipment maintenance services. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 811219 with a size standard of $8M. The PSC Code is J066. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than July 15, 2022 in writing.
