The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (CCNJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armament Center (CCDC-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) to Turtle and Hughes, Inc., 1900 Lower Road Linden, New Jersey 07036-6519 to purchase commercially available Factory Talk software licenses and support. The Government requires the following: -one Factory Talk View Studio Enterprise Perpetual software license and annual software maintenance and support to include help desk support. -one Factory Talk View SE Station 100 Display Perpetual software license and annual software maintenance and support to include help desk support. -one Studio 5000 Full Perpetual software license and annual software maintenance and support to include help desk support. The Period of Performance (PoP) is for twelve (12) months from the date of award. This is a sole source RFQ. In accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13.106(b)(1). A Sole Source Justification was approved on December 02, 2021 pursuant to FAR13.106-1(b)(1) asserting that Turtle and Hughes, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required software licenses and related software maintenance and support services; the redacted document is attached to this notice The applicable NAICS for this effort is 511210 - Software Publishers and the small business size standard is $41,500,000. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFP/RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kinds by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
