The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for service and maintenance to cover on-site service, repair, equipment/parts replacement, hardware upgrades associated with the calibration for Malvern/Panalytical laboratory equipment. The Government intends to award one contract with four (4) option periods, on a sole source bases to Malvern Panalytical Inc., 117 Flanders Road, Westborough, MA 01581, U.S.A, the original manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized and licensed to perform the services required. A Sole Source Justification was approved on November 1, 2021 pursuant to FAR 13.501 supporting Malvern Panalytical as the only source capable of providing the required equipment maintenance services. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 811219 with a size standard of $8M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than January 7, 2022 in writing.
