Only the OEM is authorized and licensed to perform the services required. A Sole Source Justification was approved on November 1, 2021 pursuant to FAR 13.501 supporting Malvern Panalytical as the only source capable of providing the required equipment maintenance services and a redacted version of the justification is attached to this notice for reference.
