The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a construction requirement for the removal and installation of a new generator at the Barnes Building, 495 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, eqwuipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirement in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The anticipated release of an official solicitation, under solicitation number W15QKN-21-R-5038 is anticipated in mid June 2021. Please note the response date listed for this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the official solicitation.
