The purpose of this notice is to provide notification of the Government’s intent to release solicitation for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs requirement at the Barnes Building in Boston, MA, solicitation Number W15QKN-21-R-5033 on or about, Wednesday, 26 May 2021. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the Barnes Building in Boston, MA. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290 with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant labor, transportation materials, equipment, supervision, and appliances, complete: and perform all operations for inspection, maintenance, services, adjustments and repairs to the 6 active elevators located at the Barnes Building in Boston Massachusetts to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
