The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center in behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services to be performed at the AMSA #8, located at 101 Remsen Street, Rotterdam, NY 12306 and the MAJ James J. O'Donovan Armed Forces Reserve Center, located at 90 N. Main Avenue, Albany, NY 12203. The period of performance shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submt a capabilities statement in conjunction with the proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services to be performed at the MAJ James J. O'Donovan Armed Foreces Reserve Center, located in Albany, NY and the AMSA #8 Remsen Street, located in Rotterdam, NY. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years from date of award. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL and PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation within a couple of weeks. In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management.
