THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements Contract as a result of this solicitation. The 99th Readiness Division (RD) has a new requirement for services including, but not limited to: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Delivery & Pickup and Laundry Services, on a weekly basis. There are a total of 48 Shop locations, among 11 different states, to be serviced. The anticipated Period of Performance is one, 12-month Base Period and four, 12-month Option Periods. Please review the Solicitation and supporting attachments in their entirety for the detailed requirement. The states requiring services include: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and WV. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. All Offerors must be registered and "Active" in System for Award Management (SAM) at time of proposal in order to be elligible for Award. The "Instructions to Offerors" and the Evaluation Criteria at FAR 52.212-2 in the Solicitation, MUST be read in it's entirety before submitting proposal. Any questions should be made in the specified time frame, and should reference the solicitation number and what part of the PWS you are referencing. Please make sure to include BOTH the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer on the email. The Government Reserves the right to make multiple awards for this requirement. SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY The Army Contracting Command - NJ has a potential requirement for Protective Equipment and Laundry Services (Pickup and Drop Off) for multiple locations. The objective of this requirement is to provide clean and serviceable protective equipment to 99th RD G4 Shop employees to support mechanics working on equipment and in shop facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, materials, transportation, pickup and delivery service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. This contract provides the 99th RDs maintenance facilities with clean protective equipment. The Contractor shall provide and pick-up at all locations listed in Appendix 3. Please review the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Tab 5, for the detailed requirement. The states requiring services include: CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV. Please see attached Appendix 3 for the full list of locations. This sources sought is being posted as Unrestricted. However, a Small Business Set Aside may be considered if/when the solicitation is posted, if there is a sufficient amount of small business interest.
