The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price modification under existing task order to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 7575 Colshire Dr, Mclean, VA, USA, 22102-7508 for QESA IT Support Services. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the only company that is fully capable of meeting this requirement. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304c(b)(2) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) – Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. The NAICS code for this effort is 541330 and the small business sized standard is $16.5 Million.
