This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government is requesting proposals; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W15QKN-21-R-0FNX is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This requirement shall be competed on full and open basis under NAICS code 541611with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. This is a 100% Set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Armaments & Ammunition (A&A) of CCDC-AC intends to award firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, (1) base year and one (1) option year, for the 3rd Party Assessment of the Lean Six Sigma projects- Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt- with an independent evaluation of the projects and processes and to make sure that it continues to meet or exceed industry standards. All proposals must conform to proposal instructions and be in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
