The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the Project Manager, Towed Artillery System (PMTAS) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract for Yuma Support Services to support the fielding and retrofit support of the M777A2 and the M119A3 Howitzers to TD Solutions, Inc., 4851 E. County 8-1/2 ST, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Justification & Approval (J&A), addresses duplication costs to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
