The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armaments Center has a requirement for a Portable Laser Bore Inspection System (PLBIS) capability for 330mm cannon tubes. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Laser Techniques Company LLC, 11431 Willows Road NE, Suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052. The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price, commercial contract..
