The Army Contracting Command New Jersey, in support of the 345th Military Police Company, has a requirement for lodging and meals for the 345th Military Police Company for a four day pre mobilization (MSAD) at Ashley, PA from 18 September 2021 to 21 September 2021. Lodging and meals are required to support Soldiers attending the Pre-Mobilization Training Event, located at 140 Stewart Road; Ashley, PA 18706. The lodging facility and meals must adhere to TRADOC and AR 30-22, section 3-24. The action requires one dinner meal per day for each soldier, each dinner meal shall be served in compliance with published/listed nutrition standards of AR 30-22. The lodging facility shall support a total maximum amount of 52 double occupancy rooms for 104 service members. Males and females shall be housed in separate rooms. The meal necessary is to include dinner for 104 Soldiers during the three days of MSAD (See breakdown in chart 4.2 in Statement of Work) Billeting: Hotel location: All rooms shall be at one location and within a 25-mile radius of 140 Stewart Road; Ashley, PA 18706. The distance will be calculated via Google Maps by estimating the distance from the hotel to the exact address provided above. Period of Performance: 18 September 2021 - 21 September 2021, three (3) nights, checking out on 21 September 2021. All rooms are to be located under no more than two hotels or two separate buildings to house Soldiers.
