Solicitation number W15WKN-21-Q-5057 is for Grounds Maintenance Services in White Plains, MD (MD066). This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). 2. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the Bowie U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC), 4600 Foxtail Place, White Plains, MD 20695. Grounds Maintenance services will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the locations list below. All Grounds Maintenance services shall be in accordance with the Attachment 0001 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) MD066, Attachment 0002 – Site Map (MD066) Grounds, and Attachment 0003 – Wage Determination (2015-4282). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is: 561730- Landscaping Services - Size Standard of $8,000,000.00).” 3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. The period of performance for this requirement will be from date of contract award. 4. PROJECT SCOPE: This requirement will be for Grounds Maintenance Services located in White Plains, MD. BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the listed requirements as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested firms shall submit a Capability Statement and email to Theresa.m.eckstein.civ@mail.mil. Submission shall be received by 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 18 January 2021 and shall not exceed four (4) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. This request for information is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government.
