This pre-solicitation notice is for Herbicide Spraying Services in support of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS), South Post Range, Installation PBO, WHSE BLDG 3574 12 Feinberg Street, Devens, MA 01434-4429. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials, labor and technical expertise to perform the requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Statement Of Work (SOW). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 115310 a size standard of $8M. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-21-Q-5046. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22nd January 2021 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov.
