BACKGROUND The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support Custodial Services at the Beaver Falls U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC), 9060 Marshal Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, see attachment(s) for additional information. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. PLACE(S) OF PERFORMANCE Beaver Falls USARC 9060 Marshal Road Cranberry Township, PA 16066 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated period of performance is one 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? What percentage of the work is your company able to complete, without subcontracting? BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
