(NY050). The Period of Performance for this effort shall be for four months, with an expiration date of 31 March 2021. AMENDMENT 0001 has been incorporated into Solicitation Number W15QKN-21-Q-5021. Due to technical difficulties Solicitation W15QKN-21-Q-5021 is now being extended for two w eeks under the solicitation due date from 20 November 2020 at 10:00 AM EST to 04 December 2020 at 10:00 AM EST under Amendment 0001. AMENDMENT 0002 has been incorporated into Solicitation Number W15QKN-21-Q-5021. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update Contract Line Intem Number 0005 - ICE MELT AND SAND NY050 description with the incorporation of two required Sand Barrels to be supplied by the contractor, one at the United State Army Reserve Center (USARC) buildling and one at the Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) building.
