Solicitation number W15WKN-21-Q-5008 is for Snow and Ice Removal Services at the Franklin United States Army Reserve Center, (USARC), 1545 Airport Road, Franklin, PA 16323-1940. This requirement is being solicited, utilizing the procedures set forth in Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). 2. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Snow & Ice Removal Services for the 99th Readiness Division (RD.) All Snow and Ice Removal services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Site Map - See Attachment 3. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods as stated in contract when awarded. 4. Estimated total quantities are provided in this solicitation. These estimates are not a representation to an Offeror or contract that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered, or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal. 5. The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive a Department of Defense contract award.
