The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to TA Instruments, 159 Lukens Dr. New Castle, DE, 19720 for TA Instruments Laboratory Equipment Repair/Maintenance Services. TA Instruments is the only source authorized to service the OEM equipment. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304c(b)(2) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1).
