The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a proposed sole source acquisition to purchase subscriptions of RS Means Online for a 12 month period in the base year and subscriptions for the following four option periods. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price purchase order to R.S. Means Company LLC., 1099 Hingham St Ste 201, Rockland, MA, on a sole source basis. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than June 07, 2021.
