The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Aegis Industrial Software Corporation, 220 Gibraltar Road, Suite 300 Horsham, PA 19044 for the purchase of new AEGIS Software Licenses and Maintenance. Aegis Industrial Software Corporation (Aegis) is a small business and is the only manufacturer, supplier, and seller of FactoryLogix. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210 and the small business sized standard is $41.5 Millions.
