The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Cimquest Inc. 3434 Rt.22 West Suite 130 Branchburg, NJ 08876 for the continual Mastercam software maintenance, updates, and support for existing perpetual licenses. Cimquest Inc. is a small business and is the only authorized reseller for Mastercam in New Jersey. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 511210 and the small business sized standard is $38.50 Millions.
