The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Kistler Instrument Corporation, 30280 Hudson Drive, Novi, MI 48377, for various Force Measuring Sensor items in support of the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) program. The anticipated period of performance is 60 days after award. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Please see the attached Limited Source Justification. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 334515. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ).
