This procurement is to fulfill the requirements to perform a detailed cleaning and preservation service to instructional kitchen, classrooms, bathrooms, stairways, elevator, office, cubicle, hallways, and entry doors. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to detailed cleaning and preservation service as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property and Services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance is a 30-day base period (1 September 2021 through 30 September 2021) with a 30-day option period (1 September 2022 through 30 September 2022). The location of services shall be conducted at the Army School System Training Center - Camp Parks, Building 517, Mitchell Drive Dublin, CA 94568.
