The Government is seeking to purchase MK 788 Universal Emplacement Stand Parts in accordance with the attached Solicitaion W15QKN-21-Q-0047. The MK 788 consists of an energetic tool (ET), loading tool and Universal Emplacement Stand. NO Energetic material is included. The ET is an aluminum cylindrical tube about 5 inches long, which houses a liner assembly. Each MK 788 is supplied with a Universal Emplacement Stand consisting of a pivot base and adjustable tripod frame.
