The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Information Technology Division, on behalf of the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG), US Army Crime Records Center for ten (10) user accounts to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS). The ten user accounts must meet the required specifications in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a sole source under Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1) for this requirement. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government, no later than 18 December 2020 at 11:00 AM EST. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice.
