Change solicitation due date to 14 September 2020 @1100 a.m. The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on hehalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement of a new paved parking lot inclusive of a new asphalt paved sidewalk and solar pole lampts to be performed at the Berry-Rosenblatt Armed Forces Reserve Center in West Hartford, CT 06110. The period of performance shall be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a capabilities statement in conjunction with the quote which will be considered by the Government.

The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a construction requirement for a new paved parking lot inclusive of a new asphalt paved sidewalk. Additionally, installation of solar powered LED lighting for the new parking area at the Berry-Rosenblatt Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 700 South Quaker Lane, West Hartford, CT 06110-1260. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specification of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The aniticipated release of an official solicitation, under solicitation number W15QKN-20-R-5069 is anticipated in mid August 2020. Please note the response date listed for this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the official solicitation.
