This pre-solicitation notice is for the Installation of Snow Melting System for Automatic Gates, at the USARC in Conneaut Lake, PA; Farrell, PA; New Castle, PA & Installation of Gate Operators & Snow Melting System, Fairview, PA. The US Army Contracting Command-NJ, Warfighter Support on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a requirement for Installation of Snow Melting System for Automatic Gates, at the USARC in Conneaut Lake, PA; Farrell, PA; New Castle, PA & Installation of Gate Operators & Snow Melting System, Fairview, PA. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published in www.beta.sam.gov in the near future, as a total small business set-aside and will result in a single Firm Fixed Price contract. If the Government deems it to be beneficial, they will award multiple contracts. The response deadline will be stated in Block 8, Page 1 of the solicitation. The period of performance for completion will be 120 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
