The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details to see if there is an interest for Construction Project CSS# 7353 to Repair and Paint Col. David M. Scales Memorial United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 9020 Gunston Road, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060 VA021 in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). Belvoir, VA 22060 (VA021) Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects: The magnitude for this Construction Project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 NAICS Code: 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. The nature of these services include contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this draft Specifications Of Work (SOW), attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability of completing the required work specified in the attached SOW (DRAFT). (2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the attached SOW (DRAFT). (3) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (4) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement? (5) Provide your organizations name, address, email address, Website address, phone number and a point of contact to reach. (6) Provide a statement including current small/large business including socioeconomic status (8a, SDB, HubZone, etc.) under the appropriate NAICS Code and company profile to (office location(s), CAGE Code, DUNs number, etc.). ***All responses shall be limited to two pages and shall be submitted in writing to Contract Specialist, Christina Elardo at Christina.m.elardo.civ@mail.mil
