The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish all tasked identified in accordance with the Specifications Work (SOW). SOW identified task consists of but is not limited to removing the existing fence around the MEP lot and resurfacing the pavement and installing a new fence at the John Singleton Mosby U.S. Army Reserve Center, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6208. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is "Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.".
