THIS IS ONLY A SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AT THIS TIME The Army Contracting Command - NJ, has a new requirement for Installation of a Security Fence and Electronic Security System in Saugerties, NY and Replacement of Downspouts in New Windsor, NY. These projects will be combined IF/when a solicitation is issued. Please see the attached Statement of Works (SOWs) for the fully detailed requirements. Fence & Security System (Saugerties, NY) The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to installing a perimeter security fence, widening the POV access road (driveway), extending the POV parking area, and electronic security system (ESS) for the SGT Shawn R Farrell II Army Reserve Center (ARC) complex, Saugerties, NY. Period of Performance shall be 180 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. Replacement of Downspouts (New Windsor, NY) The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work, which consists of but is not limited to: Remove and replace 28 downspout systems on two buildings Administrative Bldg and Maintenance Bldg) at the SGT Dima AFRC. Period of Performance shall be 30 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed.
