On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has Construction Project, CSS# 9888-2: Repair OMS Facility - Fort Belvoir, VA (VA020). The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). All tasks identified in the SOW shall be performed and completed. Renovations shall include but are not limited to the removal and replacement of shop storage caging, two mezzanines, doors and windows, interior and exterior lighting, five roll-up doors and associated components, modernizing latrine and custodial closet. Contractor shall supply and install a central compressed air system and modernize the Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Contractor shall replace OMS building roof, selected gutters and downspouts.
