Location: The work to be performed under this contract shall be accomplished within 35 mile radius from Baltimore/ Washington International Airport, (BWI). NAICS Code: 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. The nature of these services include contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (3) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement?
