The Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Facility Renovation at the Ernie Pyle USARC/AMSA#12; Bayside, NY. The work under this requirement includes but is not limited to: asbestos abatement, lead based paint abatement, repair/replacement of floor joists, repair/replacement of subfloor, demolition of interior non-load bearing walls, installation of new VCT, suspended ceiling, lighting fixtures and rubber stair treads, and relocation of electrical, data and fire protection components. PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED REQUIREMENT IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OF WORK. THIS IS A NO FAIL MISSION.
