The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to University of Delaware, 220 Hullihen Hall, Newark, Delaware 19716-0099, for Digital Manufacturing Development (DManD) Services. University of Delaware is a State University. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1) was approved 27 February 2020. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government.
