The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capability Development Command - Armament Center, intends to issue a brand name Request for Proposal for GNAT Pro software. This purchase is for the software licenses and maintenance/updates for GNAT Pro software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of: 12 months after award This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested; a written solicitation, W15QKN-20-R-0147, is attached. Solicitation No. W15QKN-20-R-0147 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541511 with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR 37.104-(a) Personal Services Contracts, the subsequent contract is not considered to be a personal service. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract, as a total small business set-aside, for the purchase and delivery of Gnu Ada Translator (GNAT) Pro Ada development environment software, native toolsets, software maintenance and licenses. Attached is the solicitation, W15QKN-20-R-0147, for this requirement detailing all specific details, to include, but not limited to, the statement of work, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, clause/provisions.
