The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, 07806-5000, on behalf of the United States Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA), Office of the Judge Advocate General (OTJAG) Information Technology Division (ITD), intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Main Information Technology Support Services to include such services Application Support/Maintenance, Strategic Program Management, Web Site Content Maintenance, Network Operations Management, Help Desk Support Services, Emergency Response, and Security/Information Assurance Assistance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all Request for Proposal Requirements. The acquisition strategy is to solicit to 8(a) companies. This requirement will be a competitive 8(a) acquisition for a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base award and four (4) one year option periods at an estimated total value of $31 million dollars. The period of performance for the base year will be from date of award through twelve (12) months. Each option year will be for a period of twelve (12) months each. The Government intends to utilize the Best Value trade-off method for selection of award. This is a pre-solicitation notice and does not constitute a request for competitive 8(a) proposals at this time. The Government anticipates releasing an RFP on or about 10 July 2020. All information is to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A response date was included for this presolicitation notice, but please note, that responses are NOT required for this presolicitation notice.
