Is it the USGs intention to include the offerors IMS to count against page limitations stated in the solicitation? ANSWER: No, IMS is not included in the page count limitation as stated in the solicitation. QUESTION 2: On pg. 72 paragraph L.1.3.1 b) the USG states that 5 copies of the proposal volumes shall be provided via CD media. How many hard copies are required? ANSWER: None. Proposal submission in hard copies are not required. The proposal instructions have been updated accordingly. QUESTION 3: Reference Section F, deliveries. Would the government be willing to accept longer than the solicitation required 240 days (FAT), 90 days (Limited FAT), and refurbished hardware within 45 days for Government deliveries? ANSWER: No. QUESTION 4: Reference C.1.1. Do the Grenade Launchers with equipment include the sling? ANSWER: Yes. QUESTION 5: Reference Testing criteria, Would the government be willing to accept less than 200M distant firing of the M320/M320A1? End of Amendment 0001 Narrative ______________________________________________________________________________________ The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, in support of the Project Manager Soldier Lethality, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to fullfill the requirement for the 40mm M320 and 40mm M320A1 Grenade Launchers (GL). Each variance of the GL consists of a 40MM, single shot, grenade launcher that can deliver aimed fire to area targets at a distance of up to 350 meters. It is capable of being utilized in both stand-alone and M4 mounted configurations. Under this program, the contractor shall manufacture and produce the GLs in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) at Section C of Request for Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-20-R-0013 and the Technical Data Package (TDP). The contractor shall provide for all necessary labor, material, supplies, services, facilities, and equipment to perform the requirements of the referenced SOW, RFP and TDP.
