The Army Contracting Command NJ - Fort Dix, is issuing this solicitation which will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Work shall include but not be limited to repair overhead door at the Allegany County Soldiers Memorial USARC, 14418 McMullen Highway, Cumberland, MD 21502- 9525 (CSS 6057) and the installation of benches at PA051 Johnstown ASF, bldg. 200, 292 Aviation Dr. Johnstown, PA 15902 (CSS 17581). All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Due to the complexity of this project it is highly recommended that the Contractor visit the worksite prior to submitting a proposal to perform the work. The Period of Performance will be 90 Calendar Days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The required response date is included in the Instructions to Offerors, in the solicitation. *Price proposal must be submitted along with the Price Breakdown template form (ATTACHMENTS). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. *Amendment- Questions 1. Question: Section 11.4.2.1. says, "The Contractor shall then replace all three (3) damaged sections and one (1) glass section of overhead door with new door sections and glass section to match existing in type, material, and size". Can the Government provide pictures of the existing doors and the doors current type, material, and size? Government response: Approximate sizes are covered in the scope paragraph 11.4.1.1. The material is metal. Type is sectional. As stated in the RFQ, site visit is available upon request. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award." 2.
