BACKGROUND The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support Construction Project, CSS# 6071 Seal Asphalt and Stripe - Scranton, PA (PA162), see attachment(s) for additional information. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Scranton AFRC 3401 Olyphant Ave. Scranton, PA 18509 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated period of performance is 90 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date. DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, "Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects," the magnitude for this Construction Project is Between $100,000 and $250,000. Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? What percentage of the work is your company able to complete, without subcontracting?
