The due date is August 19 2020 at 3pm eastern standard time and is open to all Small Businesses. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Firm Fixed Price and FOB Destination. Please refer all questions to Stephanie.M.Howell2.civ@mail.mil by the 17th of August 2020. There will be pictures attached for you to make an accurate assessment since Fort Dix is now at Health Protection Charlie and only essential personnel are allowed on base. You will need to provide your DUNS/CAGE/Tax ID along with your proposal. Also give us an idea of how materials, labor and equipment you will need to perform these duties on the spreadsheet attached. Please don't just present a price and nothing else. These proposals have to be evaluated and need some details in order to decide if the offeror understands the requirement.
