This pre-solicitation notice is for Processed Gravel for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide the requested ¾ “ Processed Gravel, in the quantity of 12,000 tons. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 212321 a size standard of 500. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5356. The solicitation will be posted on or about 15th July 2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The due date of 20-July-2020, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section”. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation.
