This pre-solicitation notice is for Waste Water Treatment Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division at the Keystone LTA, 6467 Mikewood Blvd, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The general scope of the following requirements are for the contractor to provide the 99th Readiness Division at the Keystone LTA in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, Waste Water Treatment Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide latrine pump out services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 221320 a size standard of $22,000,000. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5309. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26-June-2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The anticipated due date of 6-July-2020, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section”.
