This pre-solicitation notice is for the contractor to provide Asbestos Abatement services, to remove asbestos containing insulation in building 3419, a prefabricated double wide classroom trailer on the South Post Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (DRFTA), 30 Quebec Street, Box 10, Devens, MA 01434-4479. Following abatement the contractor shall demolish and remove building 3419 and all of its component parts and contents including, but not limited to the steel frame, concrete steps, and all mechanical equipment.. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Specifications Of Work (SOW). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 56910 a size standard of $22M. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5248. The solicitation will be posted on or about 27th July 2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The due date of 31-July-2020, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section”. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation.
