This pre-solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance in support of the 99th Readiness Division at the Orangeburg USARC, 123 Route 303, Orangeburg, NY 10962. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The general scope of the following requirements are for the contractor to provide the 99th Readiness Division at the Orangeburg USARC in Orangeburg, New York, landscaping and grounds keeping services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. The areas that require landscaping and grounds keeping services are designated on the installation map include but not limited to the perimeter fencing, fixtures near and around the building, and grass areas within the perimeter. Such tasks to be performed by the contractor in the appropriated areas on the map include, but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, spring and fall cleanup, maintaining retention ponds, and clearing overgrowth around fencing. The purpose of these tasks to be performed by the contractor are to enhance the installation’s external appearance to a commercial standard. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 a size standard of $8,000,000. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5305. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26-June-2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The anticipated due date of 10-July-2020, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section”. Please note the response date listed within this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
