CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 562111 “Solid Waste Collection”. The size standard for this NAICS is $41,500,000.00. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 2. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: Contract Number: W15QKN-13-P-1250 Contractor: B. Diaz Sanitation Contract value: $57,245.68 Period of Performance: One (1) 6-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 4.
