This solicitation will be for 1... This pre-solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance in support of the 99th Readiness Division at the Cape Henlopen USARC, 1135 Savannah Road, Lewes, Delaware 19958. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide the requested services of mowing the lawn during the growing season, maintaining the grass height at no more than 3 inches but no less than 2 inches, maintaining sharp blades on cutting equipment when arriving on the installation, with mowing taking place in areas such as embankments, parking lots, retention ponds, drain basins, displays, and other isolated areas. The contractor is also expected to remove all branches up to 2 inches in diameter before mowing in the designated areas. The contractor is also responsible for hedging and trimming in the specified areas on the site map, while keeping all site areas, walk ways, and parking areas free from trash/debris by either sweeping or blowing and disposing of the aforementioned off of the installation. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 a size standard of $8,000,000. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5261. The solicitation will be posted on or about 2-June-2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The anticipated due date of 5-June-2020, is for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section”. Please note the response date listed within this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation.
