Grounds Maintenance Services, inclusive of providing healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance that represents the facility in its best appearance to enhance public relation and attractiveness is required at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 532 Cumberland Road, Bluefield, WV 24701 (WV005). The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition: 561730 - “Landscaping Services” with a small business size standard of $8M. (3) On behalf of then 99th Readiness Division the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for Grounds Maintenance Services in Bluefield, WV (WV005). Please attachmented DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Grounds Maintenance Map for additional information. Place(s) of Performance is as follows: BLUEFIELD MEMORIAL USARC 532 CUMBERLAND ROAD BLUEFIELD, WV 24701. (4) The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. (5) The anticipated period of performance is one base year and four twelve-month option period.
