This pre-solicitation notice is for the Replacement of a Gas Fired Unit Heater in support of the 99th Readiness Division at the Charlestown USARC/AMSA #107, 101 Lakeview Drive, Cross Lanes, West Virginia . This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Specifications Of Work (SOW). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238220 a size standard of $16.5M. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-20-Q-5248. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22nd May 2020 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov.
