The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details to see if there is an interest in the following Construction requirement CSS# 17578, Replacement of Backflow Preventers located at T/SGT Vernon McGarity United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) #105 (PA166), 99 Soldiers Lane, Coraopolis, PA 15108 in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). Location: CSS# 17578, T/SGT Vernon McGarity USARC/AMSA #105 (PA166), 99 Soldiers Lane, Coraopolis, PA 15108 NAICS Code: 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. The nature of these services include contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Specifications Of Work (SOW), attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (3) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement? (4) Provide your organizations name, address, email address, Website address, phone number and a point of contact to reach. (5) Provide a statement including current small/large business including socioeconomic status (8a, SDB, HubZone, etc.) under the appropriate NAICS Code and company profile to (office location(s), CAGE Code, DUNs number, etc.).
